This position ensures the integrity of financial systems, oversees business operations, and supports the mission and goals of the YMCA through sound fiscal management and organizational effectiveness. The Finance and Administrative Director is a key member of the senior leadership team and an essential partner in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational decision-making for an association with an annual operating budget of approximately $4 million.
